Hi...

I have Mac Pro Classics 5,1 that I have pretty much maxed out and finally needed to get a new Mac.
Looking at the Mac Studio (in between Imac and Mins and new Mac Pro) with M1 processors.

Will my SNS pro work on that?

PS - Please keep this running.
I'll gladly pay to support any updates.

SNS-HDR should work on entry-level M1 processors, but currently may not work properly on the M1 Pro and Max.

That's bad news.

What about standard "M2" chips?

With the "Mac Studio" being made and perfect for photography and a lot cheaper then Mac Pros.
I'm sure I'm not the only one. Especially since the M series has been out for a few years and Adobe only supports the latest 3 years of Mac OS's (for updates),

I need a new computer now and refuse to buy just an outdated "M1" series iMac or Mini.

They are Mac Studios are:
M1 Max
M1 Ultra
M2 Max
M2 Ultra

Can we get an update?
I'd be glad to repurchase or donate some $.

Thank you sir!
Geo

PS - I'd be glad to be the ginnea pig, tester if you need one.
I'll buy a new the latest Apple Mac Studio M2 Max (Ultra is overkill for photos).

Well I have my new Apple Mac Studio M2 Max with OS 14.6.1 Sonoma.

I installed SNS Pro and Mac OS said it needed to instal Rosetta, I said yes.

It appears to be working for what little I can tell.
Which is great.

Sebastian is there specific things I should look for or test to make sure.

Thank you...
Geo

You test the batch processing. Does the batch processing module not turn off when it works for a long time?

Im nt sure about the regular batch processing.
Ill have to test.

But I NEVER had Lightroom Plugin processing to work with any Macs and Lightroom Classic.
Even trying the tweaks and suggestions on here.
